In the Sales Department, the professional and orderly business communication scenes between the **ECOM** team and global partners were on full display. Later, they visited the Procurement Department to learn about **ECOM**’s supply chain management processes, and expressed recognition for the rigorous attitude demonstrated in supplier selection, material traceability, and other key procedures. In the multi-function conference room, the core team of **ECOM** gave the clients a comprehensive introduction to the company’s development history, core business layout, global market expansion achievements, and future strategic planning. The two sides engaged in lively discussions on topics such as the application scenarios of electronic components and technological innovation directions. The clients praised **ECOM** for its industry-leading technical accumulation and market insight, and multiple preliminary cooperation agreements were reached on-site. A memorable highlight was the clients’ extended stay in front of the corporate culture wall. As the core session of this visit, the client delegation made a focused tour of **ECOM**’s internal Quality Testing Laboratory, witnessing the full-process component inspection system up close. Putting on anti-static lab suits, they personally experienced every step of the quality testing process: incoming material inspection and verification, internal and external packaging inspection, label confirmation, silk-screen parameter calibration against the system’s golden samples under a 200x magnifying glass, X-ray machine testing, and finally, visual and dimensional checks—with every item undergoing inspection being photographed and archived for traceability. Each step reflects our unwavering commitment to **"Quality First"**. The professional and detailed explanations provided by the technical team further strengthened the clients’ trust in our product quality.
