Recently, we were honored to welcome clients to visit ECOM's Shenzhen headquarters office and quality inspection laboratory for exchanges! From the moment they stepped into the office area, the clients showed great interest in our dynamic work atmosphere – the busy yet orderly communication in the Sales Department and the rigorous supply chain management processes in the Procurement Department both became focal points of their attention.
In the bright and spacious conference room, clients listened attentively to ECOM's development history, core businesses, and future plans. When we shared our global market layout and innovative achievements, the audience responded with approving discussions. A client nodded in praise: "Your insights into industry trends are sharp, and the solutions you’ve proposed truly address our pain points!"
During the subsequent tour, clients visited our quality inspection laboratory and observed the entire process of component testing up close: from incoming material inspection and confirmation, internal/external packaging checks, and label verification, to silk-screen parameter calibration under a 200x magnifier against the system’s golden samples, followed by X-ray testing, and finally, photo documentation of every item undergoing quality inspection after appearance and dimension verification. Each step embodies our commitment to "quality first." We answered all client inquiries about the equipment in detail, as ensuring quality remains ECOM’s top priority.
Notably, clients lingered in front of our corporate culture wall, where photos recording the struggles of ECOM employees and the core values – "No gains without sacrifices; co-construction and sharing; mutual achievement; integrity and altruism" – deepened their understanding of our cultural essence.
