This afternoon, we threw a small but warm party for our June-born teammates. The meeting room was decorated fresh and bright, with summer sunlight streaming through the windows. On the tables sat thoughtfully prepared desserts and chilled drinks. The moment the birthday stars pushed the door open, their eyes sparkled with surprise.
